A commercial and industrial park with approximately 95,600 m² of leasable space, built to the latest standards, is being developed on a site covering approximately 180,000 m². The planned layout of the buildings allows for maximum flexibility, taking into account the diverse needs of potential tenants.

The site is intended to create modern and attractive workplaces, which is why we have placed special emphasis on the quality of life for future employees and have incorporated appropriate outdoor facilities to accommodate this.
