DLH Austria and AutoStore Launch Strategic Partnership for Innovative Logistics Solutions

DLH, known for developing first-class industrial and logistics real estate and a market leader in Austria, announces a new partnership with AutoStore, the world’s leading provider of automated warehouse solutions. The goal of the partnership is to integrate state-of-the-art automation technologies into high-quality logistics properties, thereby further increasing efficiency and sustainability in the supply chain.

DLH’s property quality provides the perfect foundation for AutoStore systems.

Thanks to optimal space planning, high technical standards, and strategic locations, AutoStore solutions can be seamlessly implemented. This enables companies to automate their warehouse processes while simultaneously reducing operating costs.

Early success stories confirm the added value of this collaboration: Alongside other users, Austrian Post is already leveraging the combination of DLH real estate and AutoStore technology at the “Industrial Campus Vienna East” in Enzersdorf an der Fischa. The result: maximum space utilization, faster turnaround times, and a significant increase in productivity.

“In AutoStore, we have found a partner who shares our vision: not only to provide modern warehouse space, but to actively contribute to the process optimization of our customers,” says Christian Vogt, Managing Director of DLH Austria. “The first projects demonstrate just how strong the synergy between high-quality real estate and innovative technology is.”

The partnership is another step toward sustainable logistics solutions and underscores the shared mission to support companies in the digitalization and automation of their supply chains.
