Schrack to be the exclusive tenant at the new DLH location “e-Log Park Vienna South”

Even before completion, DLH Austria is pleased to announce the exclusive lease of the entire logistics park to the renowned Austrian company Schrack Technik GmbH at “e-Log Park Vienna South” in Oeynhausen!

The long-term partnership between the two companies includes the leasing of 4 warehouses, offering a total of 18,000 m² of storage space as well as 1,900 m² of office and common areas on a total site area of approximately 35,000 m².

Schrack Technik’s early decision to lease this entire site demonstrates the ever-growing demand for logistics properties built using modern construction methods and in accordance with ecological principles to ensure ideal and contemporary working and usage conditions. The project is aiming for DGNB Gold certification.

Completion is scheduled for Q3 2022.
