DLH Austria Receives DGNB Platinum Certification for the “IC Gattendorf”

The “Industrial Campus Gattendorf” has been awarded a Platinum certificate by the DGNB as the first fully developed industrial and commercial site in Austria in this asset class.

The park was constructed over the past two years by DLH Real Estate Austria in collaboration with Goldbeck Rhomberg as general contractor and completed at the end of 2024. It offers a total of approximately 55,000 m² of leasable space.  

The first tenants have already moved in to take advantage of the excellent location at the intersection of the highways leading to Bratislava, Györ, and Vienna for their business operations.

Interested parties can now lease additional available warehouse space through CBRE Vienna, the marketing partner.
