Final construction phase of Austria’s largest logistics park sold by DLH Austria to Deka Immobilien

One of the largest transactions in the logistics real estate market has been successfully completed.

The 38,000 m² final construction phase was handed over earlier this week to both the tenant Hornbach and Deka Immobilien, the owner of the entire “ICVE.” This significant milestone marks an important step forward in Austrian real estate development and underscores the continuous growth and attractiveness of the logistics sector in the region.

The logistics campus, strategically located in Enzersdorf an der Fischa and equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, comprises a total of 170,000 ㎡ of warehouse space, divided among more than 25 rental units. The project, which has been developed over the past six years, offers first-class warehousing and distribution facilities and is home to leading companies from various industries, including e-commerce, retail, and contract logistics.

Key features of the logistics park:

1. Strategic location: The logistics park is situated in close proximity to major transportation routes and offers direct access to the highway and airport, ensuring efficient national and international distribution.

2. State-of-the-art infrastructure: The facilities are equipped with cutting-edge technologies that enable optimal warehouse management and logistical efficiency. These include automated warehouse solutions, advanced security systems, and sustainable energy supply.

3. Flexibility and scalability: The logistics park offers flexible warehouse space that can be tailored to tenants’ individual needs. This allows companies to easily scale their capacities in line with their growth and business requirements.

4. Sustainability: The project sets new standards in terms of sustainability. The ecological footprint is minimized through the use of renewable energy, energy-efficient construction methods, and environmentally friendly materials. The facility is DGNB Gold certified.
