Closing – DLH Austria Sells Another BETA Warehouse Complex at the “Industrial Campus Vienna East” to DEKA Immobilien

DLH Austria has sold the next BETA sub-section on the “Industrial Campus Vienna East” in Enzersdorf an der Fischa to DEKA Immobilien, effective December 1, 2021.
 

With this transaction, DEKA acquires the recently completed row of warehouses comprising seven high-quality warehouse sections and a total of approximately 40,000 m² of leasable space, which have been certified with the DGNB’s “Gold” seal of approval for sustainable construction.
 

Six of these warehouses have already been leased on a long-term basis to well-known tenants such as Frigologo, 0815, Logsta, and Arvato.
 

With the development and construction of the BETA series, the “Industrial Campus Vienna East” expands to a total area of 120,000 m², making it Austria’s largest logistics campus.
 

All previously completed building series—ALPHA, GAMMA, and now BETA—have thus been acquired by DEKA.
