DLH sells the “South” phase of the Ebergassing Logistics Campus to a fund managed by AEW

We are very pleased with the successful partial sale of the “LC Ebergassing” to a fund managed by AEW.

This sale represents a significant transaction for the Austrian investment market in the logistics asset class, thereby sending a positive signal regarding the activity and attractiveness of the local investment market

The entire logistics campus was built on a plot of approximately 140,000 m² using high-quality and sustainable construction methods, offers state-of-the-art facilities and technologies in accordance with technical ESG standards in particular, and is DGNB Gold certified.

The “South Section” of “LC Ebergassing” consists of 6 warehouse units with a total leasable area of approximately 40,000 m² and is fully leased.

With its strategically advantageous location near major transportation routes and Vienna International Airport, the campus will not only increase the efficiency of logistics processes but also contribute to the creation of new jobs in the region.
