DLH Austria Holds Topping-Out Ceremony at the “LCE Logistics Campus Ebergassing”

In the presence of representatives from the general contractor Goldbeck Rhomberg and CBRE, the topping-out ceremony took place at the “LCE Logistics Campus” in Ebergassing with participating tradespeople and construction workers.

Construction work on the approximately 140,000 m² site is on schedule, and a total of 13 warehouses with a total area of approximately 82,000 m², including mezzanine, office, and staff facilities, will be built in two construction phases.

Completion of the first phase is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2023, and the second phase for the second quarter of 2024.

This project once again incorporates sustainability standards and ESG principles, which will be documented through DGNB Gold certification.

The combination of several measures—such as moving away from fossil fuels by using a biomass power plant for heating, a photovoltaic system, e-charging stations, the design of attractive open spaces, and green facades and roofs—contributes to climate efficiency and biodiversity.

Final lease agreements with prominent tenants are nearing completion, and there is significant interest in the remaining available spaces.
