DLH Secures Another Tenant for Its Commercial Campus in Delmenhorst near Bremen

On January 8, 2024, Deutsche Logistik Holding (DLH) signed the next lease agreement for space at its commercial campus in Delmenhorst. The tenant is a retail company that will consolidate its existing locations into its new property.

In addition to approximately 959 m² of warehouse space, the leased area also includes 395 m² of office space. The signed lease agreement has a term of 5 years with extension options. The lease is scheduled to begin in July 2024.

“The development of the Delmenhorst commercial campus is an outstanding project in a prime location. As construction progresses at a rapid pace, the ‘rush’ for the last available spaces has now begun,” says Joshua Nieschwitz, Letting Manager at DLH.

At the Delmenhorst Commercial Campus, a total of 35,000 m² of flexible warehouse and office space is being developed on a 62,000 m² site for companies operating regionally and nationally. As a result, only approximately 8,600 m² of commercial space, plus office and common areas, is currently available for lease. The overall occupancy rate is already at over 70%. Further discussions with potential tenants are currently underway.

Completion of the entire project is scheduled for July 2024.

Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG has been exclusively mandated to lease the space.
