Grand opening of the logistics center in the Eiker Esch industrial park in Bramsche
The logistics center in the Eiker Esch industrial park in Bramsche was officially opened last Friday in a festive ceremony attended by the management of Deutsche Logistik Holding (DLH), the new owner LIP Invest, and the new tenant Clinic & Job Dress. Since the official groundbreaking last September, DLH completed construction of the state-of-the-art production and logistics center in less than nine months—four weeks ahead of schedule. In the meantime, the property was acquired by LIP Invest.
On the approximately 24,600 m² property, Deutsche Logistik Holding (DLH) developed and built the new corporate headquarters in Bramsche for the Osnabrück-based company “Clinic & Job Dress GmbH” (CJD). The property includes production, logistics, and office space and was constructed in accordance with energy efficiency requirements to achieve both DGNB Gold status and CO2-neutral operation. DLH acquired the necessary land for this project from the city of Bramsche. The decision to locate in Bramsche in the Osnabrück region was based on the excellent transportation connections of the Eiker Esch industrial park to the A1 and B281 highways and DLH’s tailor-made solution for Clinic & Job Dress.
Grand Opening
Following welcoming remarks by DLH’s two managing directors, Felix Zilling and Christoph Telker, the logistics facility was officially opened. “We are particularly pleased to be here today to celebrate the inauguration of our project in the Eiker Esch industrial park. We wish both the new tenant, CJD, and the new owner much success and enjoyment with the new property,” said Felix Zilling. Christoph Telker adds: “We are proud to have handed over the development to CJD a month ahead of schedule despite the challenging times. That is why we would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank everyone involved in the project for this great achievement. We wish the tenant smooth operations at all times and continued success for the future.”
“Just in time for our 70th company anniversary, our new home is now complete. It has turned out truly magnificent,” says Mario Prosoparis, Managing Director of Clinic & Job Dress GmbH, with delight. “Every year, we produce several million pieces of workwear that we design and manufacture ourselves for our customers in the healthcare sector, as well as for hotels and the restaurant industry. To do this, our teams need not only a great deal of experience but also a modern work environment. Here in Bramsche, we now have optimal conditions for both.”
Bodo Hollung, managing partner at LIP Invest, adds: “The Bramsche location is part of the Münster/Osnabrück logistics region, which is characterized by its position between the northern ports and the Ruhr region. This provides tenant Clinic & Job Dress with extensive distribution options. With this logistics center, we have acquired our first property in the region and are pleased to further diversify our portfolio with this high-quality new building.”
