Groundbreaking for the logistics facility in the Eiker Esch industrial park in
Bramsche Yesterday, Thursday, the symbolic groundbreaking ceremony marked the start of construction for the logistics facility in the Eiker Esch industrial park in Bramsche.
On the approximately 24,600 m² site, Deutsche Logistik Holding (DLH) is developing and constructing the new corporate headquarters in Bramsche for the Osnabrück-based company “Clinic & Job Dress GmbH” (CJD). The property will include production, logistics, and office space. DLH acquired the necessary land for this project from the city of Bramsche. CJD is scheduled to begin operations at the site in May 2022.
Following opening remarks by DLH’s two managing directors, Felix Zilling and Christoph Telker, the traditional groundbreaking ceremony took place. “Our goal is to develop properties for our clients that strike the right balance between sustainability, modernity, and economic efficiency, all tailored to their needs. In many respects, this location offers the ideal conditions for this,” reports Felix Zilling. Christoph Telker adds: “In addition to a full-scale PV system, we will also invest in the KFW-55 standard. Combined with DGNB Gold certification, this will enable us, together with our tenant, to operate the property in a CO2-neutral manner in the future.”
“Finally, we’re getting started,” says Mario Prosoparis, Managing Director of Clinic & Job Dress GmbH, with delight. “Unfortunately, our current building is already showing its age. With the move to our new home in 2022, we are consciously investing in a modern, sustainable work environment with ample space for our team to breathe creative life into many exciting ideas. After all, in a rapidly changing world, it’s essential that we position ourselves solidly for the future. We’re glad to have symbolically kicked off this future with today’s groundbreaking ceremony and look forward to continuing our collaboration.”
Mayor Heiner Pahlmann: “With the return of Clinic & Job Dress, we’ve come full circle. A company with roots in Bramsche is returning to the city of clothmakers. For Bramsche, this return is a milestone. In the long term, many jobs will be created locally. With Deutsche Logistik Holding (DLH), the workwear specialist has a perfect partner at its side to oversee and execute the company’s move from Osnabrück to Bramsche.”
