The project was developed according to the latest standards and stands out for its prime location just 25 km south of Vienna, as well as its excellent access to the A2 South Expressway and Federal Highway B17. The construction takes into account ecological trends and sustainability standards, as evidenced by DGNB Gold certification.

Four warehouses with a total area of 19,000 m² were developed on the 35,700 m² site.
